It is with regret that the Society announce the passing of John McElderry formerly of Alden's House 1952-1957
John played for the 1st XV 1955-1957 and represented the College at Table Tennis 1956-1957.
John passed away peacefully at home on the 10th September 2026
John was Captain of the Windcheaters Golfing Society in 1992. John had also been Captain, Honorary Secretary and President of Royal Portrush Golf Club where he had been a Member for 60 years
