Donating To The Henry James Campbell Bursary Will Change A Boy's Life Through Years 8 to14. At Henry James Campbell's behest, Campbell College opened its doors in 1894 with 12 Foundation Scholarships. The College remains committed to this philosophy of enabling the education of talented young boys who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend the school by offering a Full Bursary on entry at Year 8, welcoming them to an environment that challenges and inspires.
