Our Headmaster was recently passed some photos of our pipeband taken in1943 from a relative of the Drum Major JR Williams pictured above. It has been a long standing tradition that the Pipe Band support a range of events, such as the recent unveling of Prof Bill Campbell's statue in Ramelton Co. Donegal last weekend. We thought you would enjoy these two photos of the band and Drum Major JR Williams (2886). Of note is the Geelong Drum in the centre of the photo, which was recently restored and played at Speech Day last June. Follow this link to learn more.
