Dear OC
Following the recent Government restrictions put in place regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the OC Society will be unable to physically meet at the College in order to hold the 2021 AGM on Monday 25th January 2021 as planned and previously published.
As the AGM is a vital Meeting of the OC Society to welcome new Office Bearers into post, review and approve the financial statements, the OC Council will hold the AGM remotely on Zoom at 7:30pm.
If you wish to virtually attend the AGM, please advise the Honorary Secretary at ochonsec@gmail.com of your name and email address no later than Monday 18th January 2021, in order for the zoom invitation to be sent.
The documents that are normally presented at the AGM (President’s Report, Chairman’s Report, 2020 AGM Minutes, 2020 Financial Statement) will be distributed to attendees prior to the meeting, to allow sufficient time for these to be reviewed. The President will ask that the adoption of these document are proposed and seconded, as per normal procedure.
Thank you for you ongoing support.
Dermot Parker (7467)
