Pleased to let you know we and members of the College are working in partnership with the Edmund De Wind VC 100 Committee (Edmund De Wind VC, OC 249) and Jim Hamilton, whom you may remember from his time teaching Chemistry at Campbell College.
This partnership forms part of our outreach work with the 'Men Behind the Glass' restoration project, as supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund (NI).

This will be delivered by Richard Parkinson, Project Officer at the Somme Museum who has visited Colditz Castle twice and has had a keen interest in the subject for many years.

In our most recent meeting with Jim Hamilton we brought OC Major General Corran Purdon CBE MC CPM (2639) to the Edmund De Wind VC 100 Committee's attention, given his incarceration at Colditz Castle.
