Gavin Browne, Chairman of the Old Campbellian Council, has been elected a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers. This award recognises excellence in structural engineering achievement and contribution to the engineering profession and Gavin is amongst the youngest Engineers to be awarded Fellowship in the 100 year history of the Institution.

| Campbell beaten in Schools' Cup quarter final replay |
Campbell lost to Methody, 0-17, on Wednesday 27 Feb in the replay of quarter-finals having drawn 0 - 0 at Fox's Field on Saturday 23 February.
Campbell reached the quarter finals by knocking out Cup holders RBAI at Osborne Park on Saturday 8 February. Winning 7 - 0, a try from Matthew Armstrong and the conversion from James McKinney. |

| The Annual Dinner held on Friday, 8 February was a sell out, with the largest attendance (172) in recent years. |

The 2007 issue of the Old Campbellian magazine was posted week ending 12 January 2008.
The magazine is dependent on considerable sponsorship: and we sincerely thank those who have placed advertisements, and an increased number of Old Campbellians who have made generous cash donations, some more than once.

| Support for The Friends of Campbell College Pipe Band |
| The Old Campbellian Society has in recent years supported the efforts of the Friends of the Band by inviting them to run a tombola at the Hallowe'en Dance. More than £4000 has been raised for the Band at the Halloween Dance. More here ....... |

| The Archive would be delighted to hear from anyone who might wish to contribute to its growing resources. Photographs or documentary materials, of a general or individual nature, would be much appreciated. These could relate to time spent at the school itself, or to the subsequent lives and careers of Old Campbellians. All material received will be properly acknowledged. |
